How We Operate
Achieving our mission day to day means operationalizing shared priorities through structured and accountable practices. These principles guide how our teams show up for job seekers, employers, and communities every single day.
Staff treat every individual as a VIP — Very Important Person — by providing respectful, timely, and barrier-aware service. From first contact through exit, customers receive clear information, meaningful assistance, and guidance navigating services available through the workforce system.
Career Advisors deliver case management that is intentional, consistent, and guided by a defined process — including assessment, IEP/ISS development, service sequencing, training coordination, supportive service planning, documentation, and follow-up.
Services are organized around customer needs rather than funding streams. Adults, Dislocated Workers, and Youth can be co-enrolled and served through coordinated workflows that reduce duplication and improve customer experience.
Employers are treated as a primary customer of the workforce system. Employer services staff engage employers in priority industries, support recruitment, provide quality candidate referrals, and coordinate closely with Career Advisors.
Youth receive objective assessments, individualized service strategies aligned to education and local labor market realities, work-based learning connected to in-demand occupations, and consistent follow-up support.
Frontline teams and supervisors monitor enrollments, service participation, timeliness, expenditures, outcomes, and documentation quality. Regular team huddles and leadership reviews translate data into action.
