Tiffany joined the TEAM as a Regional Director in 2025, bringing over two decades of experience in workforce development. Throughout her career, Tiffany has held various roles, including Employment Counselor, Programs Coordinator, Programs Manager, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Executive Officer for a Workforce Board. She has always been committed to cultivating growth and a spirit of service. Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communications and is a graduate of Leadership Tri-Cities. She is a collaborative individual dedicated to fostering strategic initiatives and empowering TEAM growth through active support and mentorship. When she is not working, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and friends attending sporting events and concerts.
