Steven Reinhold joined the Team as a Regional Director in 2026. Steven brings more than 25 years of senior management level experience in the workforce and human services industries overseeing and managing projects throughout the US. Steven’s experience includes leadership roles managing WIOA, SNAP E&T and TANF funded projects, operating shelters and housing programs funded through FEMA, HUD and ARPA, as well as designing and operating child support enforcement programs and training pipelines for healthcare systems. Steven has been particularly interested in the intersection of workforce services, healthcare, and housing access programs, and how integration of these programs helps to improve public health outcomes. Steven holds an MA and a BA from Marquette University and resides in the southeastern WI region with his wife and two daughters. Favorite Core Value #8 – We provide WOW!
