Shahrad Teimouri is the Project Director for Career Team’s One-Stop Career Center in San Luis Obispo County, California. He brings a diverse background in workforce development, business services, and community engagement, having built programs from the ground up with a focus on meaningful outcomes for job seekers and employers alike. Throughout his career, Shahrad has developed strong partnerships with local government, elected officials, and community organizations giving him a unique ability to bridge the employer side and the employee side to create an excellent experience for both. He holds a background in business and has a proven track record of standing up operations, building teams, and driving results.
