Rica Gallegos is the Project Director for the North Bay project, bringing over 25 years of experience in healthcare and case management to her role. While new to workforce development, Rica’s career spans a variety of leadership and direct service roles, including Psychiatric Technician, Charge Nurse, and Director of Operations for a Safe Patient Handling and Mobility firm. She has also provided comprehensive case management services, supporting individuals with complex housing, medical, and behavioral health needs. Rica is passionate about empowering others to recognize and build upon their strengths, whether they are participants or staff, believing that sustainable success begins with strong personal foundations.
