Kelly joined Career Team in July 2025 as the Executive Director of the Orange County, California project. With over 20 years of experience in non-profit leadership, she is a mission-driven, servant-based leader committed to empowering communities and advancing equitable access to opportunity. Kelly has worked with numerous organizations across Orange County, consistently championing client-centered strategies that prioritize dignified services and long-term impact. She holds a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Her leadership blends operational excellence with a deep passion for service, collaboration, and measurable outcomes. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys gardening, attending concerts, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
