Crystal joined Career TEAM in 2024 as Vice President of Client Services, bringing over a decade of experience in software implementation. She’s passionate about improving processes and finding ways to make the customer experience better, and now leads the Client Services team in helping Edge clients every step of the way—from implementation to ongoing support.
