Alyssa is the Executive Director of our project in Pierce County, Washington, bringing 8 years of experience in workforce development across Washington and South Carolina. Prior to that, she spent 5 years creating and delivering community programs aimed at helping students and families overcome barriers to success. Throughout her career, Alyssa has held various roles, including Career Advisor, Team Lead, Program Manager, and Regional Support Specialist, always fostering collaboration among staff to achieve shared goals and make a greater impact in the community. Alyssa holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and earned her Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) credential in 2018. She is passionate about empowering teams to provide meaningful support to the communities they serve. When she is not working, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog and exploring the beautiful outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.
