Billy started his Workforce Development career in 2009. He has extensive experience in all workforce programs, but his expertise is in WIOA programs. Billy has worked as a Case Manager, Program Manager, Deputy Director and Project Director over his 13-year career in Workforce Development. He also has Workforce Development experience in Oklahoma, Florida, and Texas. Billy is committed to providing services that will continue to change our participant’s family tree for future generations. Outside of work, Billy is a foodie, loves cooking, and traveling. Billy spends most of his time with his son Braylon. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bacone College in Muskogee, OK, and a master’s degree in public administration from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL.
