Dana N. Fenwick is a Delaware native with a passion for people. She joined Career Team in 2007 and assisted in opening the Delaware location. Dana has over twenty years of Case Management expertise and has managed TANF, SNAP, and WIOA contracts in Delaware. Dana has also served as the National Director of Case Management Services for Career TEAM and was recently promoted to Chief Service Delivery Officer. She is committed to ensuring that underserved populations have opportunities to become self-sufficient and feel good about being productive members of society. She is committed to closing the opportunity gap, one client at a time. Dana feels that no contribution is too large or too small and is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve continued growth both personally and professionally. Dana holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services, a Graduate Certificate in Case Management, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate.
