Tunisia is the Project Director for our North Bay region in California, bringing over a decade of experience in workforce development. She has served in multiple roles including Career Counselor, Job Developer, Employment/ Program Specialist, and most recently as Executive Director of Operations, where she led strategic initiatives, cross-functional teams and locations. Her experience spans Alameda, Contra Costa, and Solano counties. Tunisia is known for her strategic leadership, systems thinking, and commitment to helping teams and individuals reach their full potential. A passionate advocate for purpose-driven work, Tunisia enjoys dancing, spending time with her family, and discovering great food as a true foodie at heart.
