Maxine is an expert at integrating workforce operations within businesses, communities, co-located partner agencies, and organizations. With over 15 years of Workforce Development experience, she excels in directing innovative service-delivery systems, including the successful implementation of several workforce-services pilot programs. Maxine oversees the management of Career TEAM’s Regional Directors of Operations and strategically assists with business development. In 2015, Maxine was elected to the NAWDP Board of Directors, representing Region 9. In addition to extensive experience directing programs for Adults, Dislocated Workers, Youth, and Special Need populations, Maxine, a NAWDP Certified Workforce Development Professional, holds both MA and BA degrees, as well as a university-level Specialized Certificate in Workforce Development Career Advising. When her work hat comes off, Maxine enjoys playing volleyball competitively, going on beach hikes with her son and daughter, and dancing to live music! Favorite Core Value: #7 – We ZAG!
