
Luke joined our TEAM as an Executive Director and has over a decade of experience working with individuals who have been homeless/at risk of becoming homeless, struggling with substance use, fleeing domestic violence, and those struggling with mental illness. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Tennessee Technological University. In Workforce Development, he has worked as both a Case Manager and a Program Manager in Upper Cumberland. He is committed to helping provide services that will continue to change lives and help break generational poverty. When Luke is not working, he loves to spend time with his wife and two kids. He is also passionate about working with youth in the community and has been a youth pastor at his local church for over a decade. Favorite Core Value: #1 – We are a TEAM with family values.
