Jackara Jones joined Career TEAM in October 2024 as the Program Director in the Greater Memphis region. She brings over 8 years of experience in Workforce Development serving as a Case Manager, Program Lead, Career Services Operations Manager, and Regional Director for the State of Tennessee. She is a 2014 graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and she earned her MBA in 2017. When not serving the community and working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
