Her experience includes overseeing multi-program services, aligning initiatives with federal and state regulations, and fostering collaboration with community partners to create career pathways. Beyond her professional pursuits, Ericka is a passionate music enthusiast and a committed community leader. She enjoys managing her son’s hockey team, taking her wife and son rockhounding in her Jeep, and exploring the unique landscapes of New Mexico.
