Emmanuel holds a bachelor’s degree from Kentucky State University and master’s degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. In the field of workforce development, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to serving the community, supporting and empowering individuals through education, financial and mental health awareness. Emmanuel’s passion for fostering growth and positive change has driven him to create impactful programs and initiatives, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to succeed and thrive.
