Career TEAM announced that Dana Fenwick has been named National Director of Case Management services for the company’s direct services division. In this role, Ms. Fenwick will author the company vision for assisting children and families attain self-sufficiency while also providing universal training and coaching to all current and future Career TEAM projects.

Our industry is blessed to have a person with her empathy, integrity and knowledge of the human condition.”

Ms. Fenwick has over 20 years of case management expertise and has delivered numerous workshops and spoken at various workforce conferences and events. She has a background in communications, human service, and coaching and maintains a current working knowledge of the client centered service model, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care; and does so with compassion, intelligence, great communication skills, and cultural sensitivity.

Over the past decade, Ms. Fenwick has led and managed Career TEAM’s projects in Delaware which include TANF, SNAP, WONDER, (a Federal grant administered by Delaware Division of Social Services. Holding the title of Executive Director based in Wilmington, Delaware, Dana maximized TANF, WIOA, and Dislocated Worker contract outcomes while building strong business and community relationships and moving VIP’s toward self-sufficiency.

Before joining Career T.E.A.M. Dana worked for Coca-Cola Enterprises in Sales and Marketing, and Managed Education Contracts and MAXIMUS in Case Management and Workshop Facilitation. Dana is an active member of the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals.
